Thanks for checking me out & I hope you like what you hear. This Short Film EP is just a mini project I wanted to do, to introduce people to who I am & what I do. Most of the beats you'll hear, were made around a year/ year & a half ago, some of which were kept until the chance came for me to do my very own project however the beats I collected were perfect for the concept I wanted on this EP.

Smooth Instrumentals

Clean, simple production combined with tasty samples equals melodic easy to listen to hip hop intstrumentals. London has a young Dilla in training-truly a virtuoso. Tracks like "give up' and "Trailer" harken back to the God's and some old school underground which is my style. I could see this guy doing something.

Awesome Underground beats. All three recordings. The Smokers Series (Chapter 1) is just too short. I love it! Track 2 on Peed Taorht (1st) is one of the sickest beats I've heard in a longgggg time. Keep it up kid!

I was pleasantly surprised by this album. I'm not usually impressed by producers (or rappers) from the UK, but when browsing for an instrumental album I came across this, read the review & thought I would give it a listen. I've been rocking it in my ipod non stop.
As I said in the title....... Good shit

On my 1st listen, I knew this was a great album. After listening to its entirety you get the type of feeling you get after enjoying a satisfying meal.
As you can probably deduce from the title it is a concept album and does well to maintain that in spite of this being only an instrumental album, i.e I think it is easier to convey a story when a rapper or emcee is narrating; however, Virtu-oso does implement short film clips to help guide the listener, placed in a way that's non-intrusive and complimentary to the songs.

The story isn't really deep with lots of twists etc. but as it is supposed to bare resembelance to a Short Film, I guess it wouldn't really have to be & for those who don't really care for conceptual works, this ep is still very much listenable.

The standout tracks for me are Trailer, Give Up, P on Radio, Russian Winter Blues pt.2 & The Grind- the other tracks are great too but these are my personal favourites.

Waiting for the next installment----------
