Very nice work! It reminds me of the "old" Anathema but with a sharp edge. Only minus in my opinion is when the singer starts to "sing". The music with the grunting sounds a lot more interesting. Please dude, stop singing and grunt your heart out.
My compliments for this album. Loved it.

i enjoyed this as a musician, the playing is stellar, great riffs, the production is top notch. but as a listener it didn't do too much, the songs just didn't seem to flow naturally, and the symphonic parts were way overdone, sometimes it just seemed like they were put in because they could be. i'd love to see the band tighten up the song structure until they're ready for the epic pieces. i don't know that i'll ever listen to this album again but i look forward to hearing what the band does next!

I disagree I think the clear vocals add a nice counterpoint and they are better then the operatic ones added to other groups. He has a very distinct voice. The album has a Folk vibe to it with great use of violins. I do agree tho that they are well worth listening to.
