Describe your album

This is the second album I've made.  It was all recorded in the space of 2 weeks, and every song was made from start to finish in one day (with a few tiny adjustments on some tracks the next day).  It ranges from acoustic rock to trancey disco but all with the guitar in common.   I hope you like it.

Love especially the songs: How it could be, Ion Wind and Wailing Machines (which btw. I heard on Atomic's snowboard video Deliver; really fits in there!).
Like actually all the songs on this album, a few better, a few less.
Gonna have to listen to your other albums!

Keep up the good work!

I like it ! I woke up this morning with the song "farmer techno" in my head, tough I listened to lot of different music yesterday. this is not insignificant, it doesn't happen often !

your voice has a quite sad tone or sometimes emotionless, mostly set back [I don't talk about the volume] but there is some instrumental happy ideas that twist it (the organ on "freedom" for example ; the little funky voice + the little scratch (is that a scratch ?) on "rainer" and the whole song "farmer techno").

Structures are good, it always evolve [you won't develop the same idea too long, that's a crucial point, except for Ion wind, but it's because it's more electro] tempo, rythm and style are different from a song to another, with a lot of good ideas, looking for something different to explore.

But I don't like the linear melody of your voice on "leaning out" [ This one could be instrumental]. Same for "yes no". [Listen to Deathstar's music, it's almost the same trouble ] I feel like you are guided by the instruments, and if it's too linear, your voice can only follow. Maybe you could try to make the melody first and build the rest after.

I don't like the chorus on "wailing machines", the keyboard violin on "how it could be".
I don't like the cover (i know i'm not in a good position to say that), but we can't be talented for everything. I can't tell you about the lyrics, my english is not good enough.

I wait for the next opus !
