Describe your album

"cocoa krispies & lucky charms"
If you can dig it...this collection of tunes is some loose ends of recordings i've made
throughout '07. If you're familiar with my 1st release on 'jamendo' "Fuck The War" ,
you know, as the title entails, is a collection of songs that reflect my views on the current
"War on terrorism" that George Bush and his 'Bushies' are inflicting on the country of Iraq.

Well the tunes on "lucky charms" are of a much lighter subject matter. These songs are
not on any current release as of yet. So it's a pleasure to put them out on 'Jamendo' where
listeners can hear them and download if they like...for free.

I haven't forsaken writing songs about social and current issues. I can't. Right now, in the
summer of '07 the situation has worsened and will continue to worsen. Another attack of
terrorism is bound to happen in the United States, or so says the head of homeland security,
who claims he has a gut feeling...though no intell to back up such an irresponsible statement.

Be that as it may...it's a good thing to forget about the troubles that plague this world and
write and perform music that I love. Even if it's only for a little while!!!
thank u....

Great sound, vocals come in nice and clear. You have a nice singing voice and you lirics are interesting.

One problem I have with your album is your use of the lucky charms celreal box. Your cover is just an invitiation for a lawsuit as you didn't even bother removing or altering the General Mills logo not to mention the fact that you are using their trademarked (vey different from copyright)box art.

At the very least, I'd photoshop (or Gimp) the General Mills logo out. Probably not enough to avoid the courts but it's better than nothing, it's one less thing for them to sue you for. :)

If you don't care about being sued, I'd consider the impact on Jamendo, they could (in my NON-professional opinion) be sued as well for hosting your album.

Dear Ralph,

I went to listen to both your albums on jamendo here, and I'm impressed. Only downside: I definitively LOVE your commitment and activists lyrics on the F. The War album, but think the music of this cereals is of a greatest achievement. Nevermind, hope you have a long successfull road ahead of you, and remember: the world CAN be changed through songs...

Peace from the Alps!
